Our weekly volunteer outings are free, fully equipped, and open to anyone looking to make a real impact in the Florida Keys. Visiting and local volunteers work side by side to restore vital mangrove habitats—one cleanup at a time. You’ll remove hundreds (or even thousands!) of pounds of marine debris, then celebrate your impact with a well-earned sandbar trip. No wonder The New York Times ranked it a must-do experience in the Florida Keys!

Since 2017, the Conch Republic Marine Army and its incredible volunteers have been hard at work protecting the Florida Keys. Here’s what we’ve accomplished together so far:

By removing hundreds of thousands of pieces of debris from Florida Keys mangroves each year, the Conch Republic Marine Army protects marine life, preserves vital nursery habitats, and keeps our oceans cleaner and healthier.
